Lovely campsite and lake area. The inflatable park was really great would highly recommend. When arriving reception said we didn’t need to pay until departure which gave flexibility if we want to leave earlier or stay longer. Although down near the lake in the evening there was a lot of biting insects.

The campsite is nice this is my third stay here .. staff are friendly and helpful .. my grandchildren loved the inflatables .. overall it was a lovely holiday

Small details such as no bbq utensils .. shows fixing broke so had to hold shower head ( not ideal )

Lovely large pitch for the Motorhome. Toilet blocks were modern and clean. Aqua Park and beach provided lots of family activities and there’s a walk round the lake for dog owners too. Friendly staff and lovely clean site. Would recommend!
A section of the beach cordoned off to allow dogs on.

Très pratique d'avoir le camping près du lac, avec notre fils de 5 ans. Grands emplacements. Nous étions au calme. Mis à part le train qui passe de temps en temps, mais on s'y fait! Douches et sanitaires propres. Petit camping, convivial.
Améliorer le look du minigolf. Dommage que les trampolines n'étaient pas fonctionnels en mai/juin.

Very nice camping, very clean, very friendly. The approximaty of the water was great
The restaurant only gives a few dishes, no fastfood so if you want to eat more than 1 day, you don't have much choice for the kids

Perfect overnight stop. Camping area good size . Lake and play area good.
Some more electric points on the large field. As alot of people were crammed into one area. Having an area on the beach for dogs. My son wanted to play on the beach but it was too far from the dog area of the lake. So went spent a few hours as a family completely separated. Our other child is older so doesn't need as much supervision but if he did then it would have been more difficult. Our dog is very behaved and we always toilet before we take our dog anywhere. We also clean up after our dog. I am aware some people do not but we booked naively thinking we could remain together

Der Badesee und die schattigen Stellplätze
Hunde durften ihre Notdurft auf den Stellplätzen verrichten, hatten zu lange oder gar keine Leinen. Keine Seife in den Toiletten.

L'emplacement de la tente et la tente en elle meme très bien. Le lac propre et bien équipé mais très peu d'ombre Endroit calme et très bien fréquenté Restaurant très bon
L'accueil et le personnel en général La directrice très très peu aimable ! Même pas un bonjour ....et vraiment pas heureuse d'etre la ! Le personnel pas très qualifié on sent que c'est le début de saison Idem pour le restaurant, accueil a revoir, aucun sourire. Si on croise du personnel dans le camping, meme pas un sourire ou un bonjour. C'est dommage car l'accueil donne l'image de l'établissement.

Vous avez raison de souligner que l'accueil est essentiel, car il reflète l'image de notre établissement. Nous prenons votre remarque au sérieux et la partagerons avec toute l'équipe. En ce début de saison, une grande partie de notre personnel effectue son premier emploi d'été. Nous les accompagnons au quotidien afin qu'ils gagnent rapidement en aisance et en expérience. Cela ne doit toutefois pas empêcher chacun de se sentir accueilli avec le sourire et la courtoisie qu'il est en droit d'attendre. En tant qu'adjointe de direction, je regrette également d'avoir pu vous donner cette impression. Derrière les coulisses, la gestion d'un camping en pleine saison implique de faire face à de nombreux imprévus et sollicitations, particulièrement en période de forte affluence et de canicule. Ce contexte n'excuse pas un manque de disponibilité ou de convivialité, mais peut expliquer que je n'aie pas été aussi présente ou souriante que je l'aurais souhaité. Nous vous remercions pour votre retour, qui nous encourage à rester vigilants sur la qualité de notre accueil tout au long de la saison. Deze kleinschalige camping ligt geweldig ten noorden van Lyon en aan een groot meer met veel voorzieningen. Ideaal voor een paar dagen of als doortrek camping te gebruiken.Sanitaire voorzieningen zijn goed en toereikend. Broodjes service is aanwezig maar wordt (erg) laat uitgegeven nl.om 09.00uur.
Broodjes service naar 08.00 of uiterlijk 08.30 uur brengen.

De standplaatsen op het voorterrein zij goed te bereiken. Echter de plaatsen tussen de stacaravans aanzienlijk moeilijker en met krappe paden.
De opening van het restaurant zou wat eerder mogen. Nu pas 17.00 uur. Bij een eerdere opening kan er een drankje genuttigd worden.
