Fleurie is a beautiful place with lovely views. The staff at the bar were great and the park and pool are fantastic for kids.
Better information in English re check in and check out. There is a €80 fee for cleaning that was not discussed once. Someone should have come to check us out so we knew to clean it. Apparently its "clear on the website" but we booked months ago. The €80 fee was just taken a few days after we left due to the room needing hoovering. They also dont provide any cleaning products.They offer electric bikes but no toddler/young child helmet. There was 1 child bike broken and the other barely functional. We paid for premium which included bikes and couldn't go on a bike ride and no compensation give

Nice sized decking for outside dining. The grill is great! The toys were okay but mainly for younger children (under 4) so not much for kids from 4+.
The shed is not an acceptable place for kids to sleep, particularly the age of kids that they are advertising it for as its so far from the main rooms. In the heat, the shed got up to 38° even with windows open and no fan is provided. Door into shed was also very hard to use. They charge you for a travel cot but theres no room for a travel cot?! Only 4 lounge chairs for 11 people. The decking had some maintenance issues. The property could not fit 11 people in it. No kettle. Mugs are too small for tea.

First of all, we are very pleased that you enjoyed the village of Fleurie, located in the heart of the Beaujolais, and the facilities available for children. However, we were surprised by your reaction regarding the €80 cleaning fee charged after your departure. As stated on our website and in our general terms and conditions, accommodation must be left clean at the end of the stay. A €80 cleaning option is also available. Each accommodation is equipped with a cleaning kit, brooms and a vacuum cleaner. Unfortunately, the accommodation was not left sufficiently clean. This concerned not only the floors, which had not been vacuumed, but also the refrigerator, which had not been cleaned, and marks that remained in the toilets. As explained in our email exchanges, this is why the €80 cleaning fee was applied. Regarding the electric bikes, we are sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, breakdowns can happen despite regular checks, and we were just as disappointed by the situation. As stated in the accommodation description, the children's area is not air-conditioned, and a kettle is not included among the listed facilities. If the children's area becomes too warm, guests may need to provide a fan. If the children's cabin door was difficult to open, our maintenance team could have intervened quickly had we been informed during your stay. Several locations are also available in the accommodation to install a travel cot. For a future stay, please feel free to contact us before booking. Nice to stay in one of the upgraded chalets. Lots of nice new upgrades.
The drains behind tha chalet are a bit smelly, but not sure you can do much about that 🫨

Een mooie camping in een rustig dorpje. Er is een (kinder)zwembad en speeltuin, wijn bar met vriendelijke eigenaar en een app om van veel services gebruik te kunnen maken. We hebben met veel plezier gebruik gemaakt van bovenstaande, zelfs een keer gebruik gemaakt van de roomservice. De wandeling naar het dorp is fijn voor koffie, vlees, brood, wijn, de zaterdagmarkt of lunch/diner. De omgeving is geweldig.
De camping en de faciliteiten zijn wel wat gedateerd. Bij de speeltuin heeft de vloer veel gaten dus kinderen moeten goed opletten waar ze lopen om zich niet te bezeren. Wij zaten in een stacaravan maar hadden veel last van de geur en harde geluiden van het toiletgebouw van de camping ‘s avonds laat en vroeg in de ochtend. De accommodatie die wij hadden geboekt (Kids Paradise) had in het kids slaapgedeelte geen airco, door de warmte moest iedereen in de cottage met airco slapen.

Een mooi groot terras, 3 toiletten en 2 aparte badkamers. Veel speelplekken voor kinderen, een tentje en tafeltje, kleden.
Het kindergedeelte had geen airco waardoor we met iedereen (4 volwassenen, 2 kinderen) in de cottage met airco moesten slapen gezien de warmte. Een aantal bedden waren doorgezakt (latten los) en het kindergedeelte was stoffig en niet schoon. Het toilet zat achter een gordijntje. Locatie was vlak naast toiletgebouw van de camping, waardoor we ‘s avonds veel geluid en geur ervaarden.

Je recommande sans hesité ! Le camping est top! Calme. Reposant. L'Air de jeu des enfants est super. La piscine tres bien aussi !! Nous avons pu essayer la méhari, se détendre au spa, et faire du vélo électrique. Merci pour ce séjour qui nous a permis de nous réunir tous ensemble et de passer de super moments en famille

Le mobilhome Tribu est superbe , spacieux, propre !! Il dispose de 2 espaces distinct séparés d'une grande terrasse ,la salle de jeu est clairement un plus!! Les douches sont grandes par rapport à des mobihomes plus classique. La mise à dispo de la baignoire bébé, de la table à langer et du pot est une très bonne idée
Il manque peut etre des rangements, étagères ou placards muraux (mais c'est pareil dans tous les mobilhomes...)
