The place is kept very clean, and the staff is helpful - no doubt about that. However, many things were disappointing. If I had not booked and payed in advance I would have left after one day.
- Change the doors so they swing out of the toilet - close the sanitary complex - more dispensers for soap and paper - installation of a heating system - hot water for washing hands - more light at night

Very clean - both the pitch and the sanitary complex Helpful and friendly staff
A) no heated showers B) partly open sanitary complex allows the wind to blow into the showers. No fun when the temperatures are about 10 degrees C) badly lit ways on the site D) only one soap dispenser and one for paper E) cold water for washing hands after toilet use F) big people will have problem getting out of the toilets. The doors open into the tiny room; one needs to press oneself against the wall to get out. G) water temperature in the shower can not be adjusted

Attractive site with good Pool and quiet in September Pleasant, helpful staff
Hedges around the site are far too high and make the plots too enclosed

Very good condition
Gas water heating was very poor to regulate, only really working on full bore. This made it very difficult to have a shower that was not too hot. Electric water heating would be much better. The unit was very cramped and lacked adequate space to move around the bed and access the Kitchen area and toilet

Pas assez de connexions électriques pour notre secteur : obligé de changer d’emplacement pour se brancher sur une autre borne électrique. Eau chaude des douches « trop chaudes ». Le dernier matin, pas d’eau chaude aux douches. Boutons poussoirs pour l’eau, aux lavabos et aux bacs vaisselle trop forts : on se fait éclabousser. Un écoulement d’eau du haut du camping vers le bas du camping a eu lieu le dernier soir et s’est accumulé sur notre emplacement : sol boueux jusqu’au lendemain.

Vous pouvez venir nous signaler à la réception vos remarques au sujet de la température de l'eau du bloc sanitaire, car selon la température extérieure (qui fluctue pas en ces temps) il nous faut parfois l'ajuster! Au sujet de l'écoulement d'eau dont vous parlez, effectivement un campeur a reculé par inadvertance dans une arrivée d'eau, ce qui a provoqué une fuite et de l'humidité par capillarité à côté, le temps que ce soit réparé. chambre correct l'animatrice des soirées très tonique souriante et à l'écoute piscine agréable et entretenue
pas de pot d'accueil, pas de présentation de l'équipe, pas d'accompagnant pour les sorties des repas très légers rien de régional

Le cadre, la météo, le calme
La restauration pas assez copieux, pratiquement pas de viande ni de protéine, pas de fruits mûrs et des préparations d'aspect et de goût très peu engageant. Un très gros effort à faire en cuisine.

L accueil du personnel est aimable , accueillant au petits soins avec les clients . Établissement propre, les repas sont copieux et delicieux. Les chambres sont très agréables. Et le site est serein et reposant.

Le camping et son ambiance familiale .La piscine entourée de montagne, la gentillesse des animateurs(Berangére et Amar) du Directeur et de Lea à la Guinguette .
Les horaires de la piscine et la Guinguette .9h pour la piscine et 12h/14h pour la Guinguette .

Le lodge est trés bien et il fais frais le soir et la nuit .
Tout est super, dommage qu'il n'y ait plus de restauration à la Guinguette
