The establishment
We had a great stay. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the facilities were clean. There are some beautiful walks close-by and the campsite is lovely and quiet.

The pitch has a lot of shade and all the services were very lose by.

The establishment
We missed wifi, the light in the toilet and shower went off, the touristique information was only in the French language . All other things were good.
More touristique information in other languages, wifi over the whole camping.

The site wasn't the easiest to get to due to the steep narrow road but once there it's great

The view over the lake was perfect and we were right behind the sanitary block so good for us
The pitch was on a slope and we couldn't get level but for one night we didn't mind

just a good nice camping.. simple animation for kids but enough.. Wifi in bar perfect. picthes nice.
restaurant menu good , but could be more different, Menu is exactly the same as the takeaway. give more options on the menu. Sanitair Ok but toilet paper in the toilet cabinets would be nice instead of placing them outside of the cabinet.

nice and flat picth, more then enough room for our tenttrailer and 2 tents.
more privacy at the picth would be nice.

I liked the beach, but it was so dirty.
The barbecue was dirty and bench and table aren’t comfortable.

L’aire de relaxation et l’entourage du nature dans et autour du camping. Les emplacement large avec beaucoup de “mirador”

Camping très propre et très joli, accueil très sympa
Hollandais sans-gêne !!! Sommes restés que 3 jours car ils se sont installés devant nous à 3m nous cachant la vue sur le lac et les responsables du camping n'ont rien dit.

Concernant l’emplacement, avec les fortes chaleurs, beaucoup de nos vacanciers cherchent l’ombre pour plus de confort. C’est pourquoi nous laissons en effet chacun choisir librement sa place parmi les emplacements disponibles. Les personnes que vous mentionnez se sont installées là pour cette raison, mais vous aviez tout à fait la possibilité de vous positionner vous-même à cet endroit si vous souhaitiez préserver la vue dégagée sur la Loire. Nous sommes désolés si cela a impacté votre séjour, et restons toujours disponibles pour aider à trouver une solution quand une situation de ce type se présente.

Merci d’avoir pris le temps de partager votre retour. Nous sommes ravis que l’emplacement vous ait convenu et que vous ayez apprécié les équipements mis à disposition. Il est vrai que certaines zones du camping sont moins ombragées, surtout en début de saison, mais nous faisons au mieux pour proposer des emplacements variés afin que chacun puisse trouver ce qui lui convient. Quant à la restauration, elle est effectivement plus limitée hors saison, mais nous restons disponibles pour orienter nos visiteurs vers les meilleures options aux alentours. Au plaisir de vous revoir lors d’un prochain passage !
