Superd campsite with excellent facilities. Pool complex the best we have been to. All. Areas of site well looked after and clean. Accommodation of high quality. Friendly staff especially the lifeguards.

We stayed in a Cottage Spa which was absolutely stunning, they are situated centrally and very close to the activity center and pool. My children took part in the gelly call game and the zip lines whilst we were there and both were well organised and great fun, I even did the zip line too which is made up of 6 zips across a small ravine, scary but exhilarating. The pool area was amazing, so much fun and well life guarded. Children under 12 can not enter the pool without an adult which I think is sensible I'm a pool that large. The night market was nice and foam party also great fun.
The site is hilly, if we had a cottage further up the hills I think our experience would have been different. The site is large but the road train is however a very good idea to move people around the site. We didn't find that many negatives to be honest.
Accommodation review
Amazing accommodation. Clean and very modern. The beds are a little firm and the pillows are not what we are used to in the UK,.so we always bring our own. Lots of coffee making options, pod machine, filter coffee machine etc. The outside cooking area is also fantastic. The spa was clean and well maintained, we used it every day.
You have to park in the car park which is not far from the cottage, but was a bit annoying with lots of luggage. That's really the only downside. Loved everything else about it.

We absolutely enjoyed our time at the site, with plenty to do. Staff were all fantastic, and even though the language was a bit of a barrier at times, everyone tried and we got on fine. Special kudos goes to Mika who went the extra mile. The site is immaculately clean, maintained and landscaped to a very high standard, life guards who do not tolerate messing, it's hilly with stunning views. A little train takes you around the site. I would also recommend touring in the region. Such relaxing holiday, we didn't want to come home. Thank you. (BMCG Family)

A spacious and luxurious mobile with all the mod-appliances inside and out. Well situated within a short walk of the shop, and pool area. The spa was great to sit in on an evening. We were there in low season, which meant no queuing for the slides. We had one or two minor issues and when reported were fix very quickly and efficiently.
Some shops not open due to it being low season, which is understandable.

Plusieurs espaces aquatique pour faire plaisir à tous les membres de la famille du plus grand au plus petit. Des prestataires chaleureux et professionnels.
Quelques vérifications avant séjour seraient la bienvenue. Un nettoyage demandé et finalement fait par nos soins et le kit bébé manquant. Nous avons pris un logement exception avec spa. Le logement est vraiment beau mais la plancha très très abîmée ( en plus d'être sale à l'arrivée). La viande et le poisson accrochent.
Accommodation review
Le service draps et serviettes permet vraiment de se poser dès son arrivée. Le kit nettoyage et la bouteille de rosé sont de vrais plus, on se sent accueilli.
Du matériel kit bébé manquant. Des toilettes avec des gouttes d'urine sous la lunette et une plancha vraiment sale. Nettoyage demandé mais la personne est venue tard (14h45). Ayant des enfants en bas âge nous avons nettoyé pour pouvoir faire le repas. La plancha est vraiment daté ou abîmée elle ne convient pas à la game "exception" cela donne une mauvaise image de l'entretien.

Le camping en soie est bien
mais il y a trop de règles pour la moindre petite chose, si vos enfants ont moins de 12 ans et qu'ils savent manger ils ne peuvent pas aller à la piscine sans vous, beaucoup d'infrastructures dans le camping sont payantes nous y sommes allés pour les vacances d'avril et je déconseille car peu d'animation et beaucoup de choses de fermer comme le petit train et en voyant la grandeur du camping on est obligé de prendre la voiture pour aller jusqu'à la scène d'animation. Et je rajoute que l'eau des toboggans était complètement gelé

La grandeur du mobil-home et la terrasse qui est exceptionnel le spa également
Le Spa se fait très compliqué pour qu'on puisse en profiter pendant les 6 jours nous sommes arrivés le lundi l'eau était à 15 degrés nous avons pu en profiter que le mardi soir le jeudi il y avait déjà l'eau trouble ils ont dû la vidanger à moitié c'est-à-dire la vider donc jeudi elle était de nouveau à 25 degrés donc on n'a pas pu en profiter on a pu en profiter que le vendredi nous avons envoyé un mail cela fait 3 jours que nous n'avons aucun retour, et nous trouvons cela inacceptable surtout pour un camping soi-disant 5 étoiles.

Malheureusement les prestations ne sont t pas a la hauteur, nous avions réservé un logement avec spa, celui à était en panne 4 jours sur notre semaine. Le camping à fait un petit geste financier pour le désagrément, mais qui était loin de ce que nous attendions. Louer un logement avec spa et ne pas en profiter sur la semaine, c'est très moyen surtout au vu des tarifs de ses logements. Sinon mise à part ça, le camping est très bien.
Lorsque qu'on réserve un prestation et que cela ne fonctionne pas ,faire un geste à la hauteur du désagrément.
