The site had excellent facilities.
The entertainment was too loud and too late at night. Our children struggled to sleep.

The kitchen was well supplied. Shower had good water pressure.
The pillows were very uncomfortable!

The plase is beautiful with flowers and views over the valley. The animators (Oreo, Leo, Sarah) in kids club were amazing and our girl (6y) enjoed it.
Our son went to activity that was sold (16€) to us as a laser game. It was jelly shooting and our son was badly bruised and hurt by another guest. The rule was to shoot from 5 meters with one gun and he shot with two guns from one meter. It was just chaos as there was no game director. It was not safe or fun. At the pools therw were kids jumping in the pool in a narrow place (lazy river). There were signs saying that they are not responsible for the safety of children and it felt that way.

The bed was fine and the ac worked.
Our toilet broke and water went to bedroom. There was also problems with sinks drainage.

Beautifull surroundings, nice friendly staff. The accomodation is clean, We were happy we choice a spot some accomodations are rally close to the other one.
The toilets at the swimmingpool. Some more cleaning on hot days you can smell the urine at the swimmingpool

Le parc aquatique reste le point fort du camping malgré un manque d entretien qui commence a se ressentir autour des bassins et toboggans.
Un manque de surveillance a la piscine ( sauveteurs qui restent a l ombre et loin des bassins) , des activités gratuites ( 1 le matin et 1 l après-midi sauf si adresser aux enfants....), des guêpes a profusion, des allée non éclairées malgré un système solaire installé, les mobiles home ont ete déplacer et souvent mal réinstaller ( niveau en pente, terrasse qui bouge presque a s écroulée). Le camping est acces sur le plus luxueux, dommage il y a 3 ans nous avions vraiment apprécié. Très déçu cette année.

Pour un camping 5 étoiles et le tarifs des réservations, il serait agreable d avoir un lave vaisselle.

Pas grand chose. D'accord le parc aquatique est pas mal mais insuffisant pour le nombre de personnes qui logent dans le camping. Beaucoup d'activités mais un grand nombre payante. Le personnel est très sympa c'est le vrai plus!
Vraiment trop bruyant, nous avions demandé un emplacement au calme mais notre demande n'a pas été prise en compte on s'est retrouvé en plein milieu des autres mobile-home qui est franchement inconfortable. Pour un 5* et pour le prix franchement décevant, peut-être qu'avec un meilleur sommeil les vacances auraient été meilleure... Autre bémol, le petit train s'arrête trop tôt, et la grande scène étant loin dans ce camping tout en pente, on a jamais pu aller à cette grande scène car le soir rentrer à pied avec un enfant ce n'est pas simple. Pas suffisamment de place pour tout dire mais déçu...

Trop petit, literie inconfortable, équipements vieillissant, trop proche les uns des autres, impossible d'y garer la voiture. Très déçu pour le prix.

Niet met een balletje spelen in het zwembad Niets mogen eten of drinken bij het zwembad Prijzen van snackbar etc best prijzig

Gedateerde meubels Kastjes van keuken niet allemaal stevig Ik miste opbergruimte (misschien 2 planken boven de bank erbij)
